Connecting THG to Voila

Step-by-Step:

1. Go to API Accounts
   From the left-hand navigation menu in Voila, hover over “API Accounts” to view your integration options.

2. Add a New API Account
   Click the plus (+) icon to begin creating a new connection. Select the relevant API account group where you’d like to store your THG integration.

3. Select THG from the Platform List
   In the first dropdown field, choose “THG” from the list of available platforms.

4. Fill in Required Credentials
   Provide the following information to authenticate your connection with THG:

   • Company: Add a name or reference for this integration (e.g., “THG Main Account”).

   • Testing: Choose Yes to enable test mode (no data will be pushed to THG), or No to activate live integration.

   • Client Id Client Secret: These are provided by THG support. If you don’t have them yet, reach out to your THG account manager or support representative.

5. Use the Notes Field (Optional)
   Add any internal comments or references here. This field is private and will not be sent to THG.

6. Click Save Changes
   Once all required fields are completed, click “Save Changes” to finalise the integration setup.

You're Done!

THG Is Now Connected

Your THG orders will now import automatically into Voila for streamlined processing and fulfilment.
