WIN Courier Integration with Voila

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to integrate WIN Courier with your Voila account, enabling you to manage deliveries and track shipments directly through the platform.

Connecting WIN to Voila

Step-by-Step:

  1. Navigate to API Accounts
    In Voila, go to the left-hand menu and hover over “API Accounts” to display your integration options.

  2. Add a New API Account
    Click the plus (+) icon to start a new connection. Choose the appropriate API account group for your WIN Courier setup.

  3. Select WIN Courier from the List
    In the first dropdown field, select “WIN Courier” from the list of available couriers.

  4. Enter Required Credentials
    Fill in the following fields to complete your WIN Courier configuration:

    • Company: Enter a name or label for this integration (e.g. “WIN UK Logistics”).

    • Testing: Select Yes if you want to enable test mode (no data will be sent to WIN), or No for live operation.

    • Username, Password, Client Code:
      These credentials must be obtained from your WIN Courier account. If you don’t yet have access, please contact WIN directly via wincourier.com or reach out to your account manager.

  5. Notes (Optional)
    Use this section to record internal notes or reminders about this setup. This field is private and not visible to WIN.

  6. Click Save Changes
    Once all the details are complete, click “Save Changes” to finalise your WIN Courier integration.

Your Voila account is now successfully connected to WIN Courier, allowing for automated label generation, shipment tracking, and efficient courier management.
