Cross-border customs took centre stage: de minimis, CPSC and product-identifier support arrived across the carrier suite, alongside a new global courier and richer custom-document handling.

Customs & Cross-Border

Product Identifiers Across Carriers. MID, Standard and Non-Standard product IDs can now be sent for DHL, FedEx and UPS, and are shown on the commercial invoice where specified, improving customs accuracy on international lanes.

De Minimis & CPSC Support. EU de minimis and CPSC information is now sent for Parcelhub, Whistl and Norsk, helping shipments clear customs correctly under low-value and consumer-safety rules. CPSC tax-exemption XML is now omitted when empty.

Custom Document Types. Added support for additional custom document types, including raw PDFs, for DHL, FedEx and UPS.

FedEx: EIN / ITN & Label Fields. You can now submit an EIN ITN via FedEx for US export compliance, populate Invoice, PO and Department fields on FedEx labels, and bypass 2FA on the FedEx login page.

DHL: Northern Ireland & Customs Routing. Customs information is now sent for all shipments destined for XI (Northern Ireland). VAT/EORI numbers for XI now use an issuer country ISO of GBXI, in line with DHL's guidance, resolving submission failures for XI-prefixed identifiers. BBX and BBE shipments are now handled separately, cached for 14 days, and notify both the account owner and DHL by email; routing logic is now smarter about when a shipment actually requires customs information.

DAI Post: Multi-Parcel Support. DAI Post now supports multiple parcels in a single request.

InPost: Pickup, Priority & Proof of Delivery. Added InPost support for Pickup Locations, Priority service and Proof of Delivery.

Norsk: EU de Minimis. EU de minimis information is now sent for Norsk shipments.

Amazon: Third-Party Tracking & Item IDs. Amazon now returns dedicated courier tracking URLs for third-party couriers, and supports the sales_channel_item_id field on requests.

Dachser: Volume & Insurance. Dachser shipments now send volume calculations and goods-value insurance, both in line with Dachser's guidance.

The Delivery Group: Multi-Parcel Support. The Delivery Group (Secured Mail) now supports multi-parcel shipments.

Orange Connex: Per-Parcel Manifesting. Added per-parcel manifesting and a warehouse_code filter for Orange Connex.

Platform & API

Deferred Manifest Webhook. New deferred-manifest webhook implementation for carriers that generate manifests asynchronously.

Label Batches : New Handling (Invite Only) A new way of handling Label Batches is now in early access on an invite-only basis.

Bug Fixes & Performance

Resolved a cache error that could cause the /queue-tracking endpoint to stop working, and optimised slow queries when using the shipments API with tracking events.

Further fixes: Temu now excludes order items with a quantity below one; Whistl only sends a product type when the item category is populated; AIT now handles multi-parcel labels correctly; Dachser labels are rotated from landscape to portrait for consistency; and a patch addressed the request_shipment key on shipment.tracked occasionally returning null.

GLS Czechia New GLS Czechia courier integration added.

Orange Connex New Orange Connex courier integration, with a Create Manifest endpoint and label-saving support.

InPost (formerly Yodel) Yodel branding has been fully migrated to InPost across labels and tracking URLs, reflecting InPost's acquisition and consolidation of the Yodel network. Existing shipments continue to track seamlessly on the new endpoints.

Consero New courier integration added, with multi-shipment support so multiple consignments can be created in a single request.

The Delivery Group Now available as the successor to Secured Mail. New integrations should select The Delivery Group; existing Secured Mail connections continue to work as a legacy option.

Courier Enhancements

UPSv2: Token Renewal & Re-authentication You can now renew UPSv2 tokens directly, keeping connections alive without a full re-authorisation, with improved handling of the OAuth redirect modals.

FedEx V2: Cross-Border (P2P) & ZPL Added MID, SPI and NSPI handling for EU/US cross-border shipments, plus additional TINs support. ZPL can now be returned as an array (with a deprecation warning), while the string return remains the default for consistency with other couriers.

Royal Mail Click & Drop: 1st July Trade Term Updates Updated to reflect Royal Mail's July trade and delivery term changes, including correct handling of explicit zero customs duty (now treated as 0 rather than blank) and stripping of non-ASCII item descriptions to prevent malformed submissions.

DHL: UKIMS Support for Northern Ireland Added UKIMS number support for shipments into Northern Ireland, aiding Windsor Framework compliance.

DPD: Legacy API Auth You can now register a DPD legacy authentication directly via the API.

ParcelHub: Channel Islands Guernsey and Jersey (GG, JE) ISO codes now pass through correctly to Parcelhub.

Log File Retrieval Endpoint New /api/requests/{dcRequestId} endpoint to retrieve log files for a given request.

PDF Processor Migration Migrated the PDF processor to a new package, improving reliability of label and document generation.

Transmissions Labels Label size and orientation are now rendered correctly for TransMission shipments.

Bug Fixes & Performance

Resolved courier token overwrite on re-login; corrected Pallet-Track / Bullet Express label decoding with a 10x4 size guard; Pallet-Track now sends empty delivery times as null; and ArrowXL delivery windows now cast correctly when additional days are added. We also fixed Yodel C2C label cropping and scaling, rotated Dunelm labels to portrait when returned as landscape, corrected GFS weight and item-commodity matching beyond three decimal places, and fixed Dachser transport-order line items and the Pro Carrier / DG International API hostname.

Alongside these, we completed the PHP 8.4 / Laravel 13 platform upgrade. This standardised numeric and boolean type casting across the system (weights, dimensions and courier auth IDs) and moved timestamps to Zulu (UTC) format, keeping webhook payloads and internal comparisons consistent. We also resolved intermittent DPD NL label failures caused by expired authentication tokens.
