TikTok Shop Integration with Voila

Voila is proud to be the one of the first to integrate directly with TikTok Shop, giving sellers a powerful and unified workflow for handling 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) orders. Our platform lets you generate, download, and print official TikTok Shop shipping labels without ever leaving Voila, eliminating the hassle of switching between multiple systems.

Integrating your TikTok Shop with Voila can be accomplished in one of two ways:

• by logging in directly with your TikTok Shop credentials via OAuth,

• or by generating and sharing a unique login link with the person responsible for the account setup.

Once either method is completed, the integration can be finalised in Voila. Choose the option that best suits your workflow to get started.

Connect TikTok Shop via OAuth Login

Begin by authenticating your TikTok Shop account directly through Voila using OAuth:

1. Navigate to API Accounts in the left-hand menu.

2. Click the plus (+) icon to add a new connection and select the desired API account group.

3. In the integration setup, type and choose TikTok Shop from the dropdown list of couriers and platforms.

4. Click Courier Login to sign up and authenticate your TikTok Shop account. You’ll be redirected to TikTok Shop for authentication.

5. Select your account region: Rest of World (ROW) or United States (US).

6. Approve Voila’s access to your TikTok Shop account by completing the form and clicking ‘Confirm to install’.

7. Authorise Voila’s access to retrieve shipping labels for your orders.

8. After authorisation, you’ll be redirected back to Voila, where a modal will display your generated tokens.

9. Enter an Auth Company (or confirm if already filled), then click Save.

10. A confirmation alert will appear, indicating successful connection.

Generate and Share Login Link for TikTok Shop Setup

Alternatively, you can generate a login link and share it with the person responsible for setting up the TikTok Shop account:

1. Navigate to API Accounts, on the left-hand menu, hover over “API Accounts” to reveal integration options.

2. Click the plus (+) icon to add a new connection. Choose the API account group where you’d like to add TikTok Shop.

3. In the first row of the new integration setup, type and select “TikTok Shop” from the dropdown menu of available couriers and platforms.

4. Click Generate Login Link to create a unique authentication link. The link will look similar to:

5. Copy and share this link with the intended user.

6. The recipient should follow the link, authenticate their TikTok Shop account, and approve Voila’s access.

7. Once authentication is complete, they will be redirected back to Voila to finish the setup as outlined above.

Limitations and Expected Behaviour When Using External Platforms

When handling TikTok Shop orders via external platforms (rather than Voila’s native TikTok Shop connector), there are important constraints to be aware of:

• Merge orders and split orders are not supported: Treat each TikTok Shop order as a single, indivisible unit within your fulfilment flow.

• TikTok Shop order visibility requirement: Orders must enter Voila through the native TikTok Shop connector, or your external platform must include the TikTok Shop order reference in the label request. Without the native order ID, label generation will fail.

• Shopify pass‑through generally will not work: TikTok Shop orders routed via Shopify into an external platform typically cannot produce valid labels or synchronise properly.

• Resends are unsupported: Re‑issuing labels (“resends”) for TikTok Shop orders is not currently supported via external platforms.

• Masked address data is expected: When you switch to Platform labels, TikTok may mask address lines with asterisks (***). This is expected behaviour. Labels are requested using the TikTok Order ID only; the underlying address resolves at the point of label creation on TikTok’s side.

For reliable operation and official label generation, we strongly recommend using Voila’s native TikTok Shop connector so that orders arrive with the correct identifiers and permissions.

Finalise and Confirm Integration

1. After completing either method, click Save Changes to finalise your TikTok Shop integration.

2. A confirmation alert will show once the connection is successful.

Your TikTok Shop is now successfully connected to Voila - enabling seamless order syncing and fulfilment directly through the platform.
