Returns vs Orders Chart

This dynamic chart visually compares Returns Placed against Orders Placed over time.
It highlights your Return Rate - a key metric that reveals how many of your sales have resulted in returns

Use it to spot patterns, seasonality, or sudden spikes in return activity

Key Metrics at a Glance

Easily view the core figures that matter:

  • Orders Placed - Total number of sales orders within the selected period

  • Returns Booked - Total number of return requests initiated

  • Return Rate (%) - The percentage of orders that have resulted in a return

These are always kept up to date, helping you stay on top of performance

Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to drill down into the data:

  • Date Range: Choose a specific period with From and To dates

  • Brand: Narrow results to a specific brand (if you manage multiple)

  • Return Reason: Focus on specific return reasons, like "Damaged", "Incorrect Item", or "No Longer Wanted"

  • Use Apply to filter results, or Clear to reset all selections
