Returns vs Orders Chart
This dynamic chart visually compares Returns Placed against Orders Placed over time.
It highlights your Return Rate - a key metric that reveals how many of your sales have resulted in returns
Use it to spot patterns, seasonality, or sudden spikes in return activity

Key Metrics at a Glance
Easily view the core figures that matter:
Orders Placed - Total number of sales orders within the selected period
Returns Booked - Total number of return requests initiated
Return Rate (%) - The percentage of orders that have resulted in a return
These are always kept up to date, helping you stay on top of performance

Account Breakdown & Filters
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to drill down into the data:
Date Range: Choose a specific period with From and To dates
Brand: Narrow results to a specific brand (if you manage multiple)
Return Reason: Focus on specific return reasons, like "Damaged", "Incorrect Item", or "No Longer Wanted"
Use Apply to filter results, or Clear to reset all selections

In-Depth Returns Insights
Once filtered, you’ll also be able to view:
Returns In Transit – Items currently en route back to your warehouse
Returns Completed – Items that have been received and processed
Returns by Reason – A breakdown of return volumes by reason, helping you identify recurring issues
Returns by Sales Channel – Understand where your returns are coming from
